bm555 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations as a Member

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required of all bm555 Members prior to withdrawal of funds, pursuant to Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Activity" refers to any conduct described in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.

To register and maintain an active bm555 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during active membership;
• Be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party;
• Not be classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence requirements without first disclosing such status to bm555 compliance;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order issued by bm555 or any PAGCOR-affiliated self-exclusion programme;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a bm555 employee in a role with access to operational systems;
• Be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law;
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

bm555 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) bm555 account. The maintenance of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity documents — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and is grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. bm555 is not liable for account access issues or payment delays resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by the Member.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, bm555 requires completion of KYC verification. Acceptable government-issued identification documents for Philippine residents include, without limitation:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Social Security System (SSS) UMID Card
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Philippine Passport
• Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Voter's ID
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

bm555 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at its discretion and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Standard KYC verification is completed within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours. Complex or incomplete submissions may require additional processing time. bm555 will notify the Member of the outcome via the registered mobile number or email address on file.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bm555 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. bm555 will never request your password, PIN, or OTP through any communication channel, including live chat, SMS, email, or telephone.

• You must notify bm555 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• bm555 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or have shared your credentials with a third party;
• You must not share, sell, transfer, or assign your bm555 account to any other person under any circumstances;
• bm555 employs automated security monitoring and reserves the right to temporarily lock your account if suspicious login activity is detected, pending re-verification by the account holder;
• All devices used to access bm555 remain your sole responsibility; bm555 recommends using current operating system versions and maintaining active malware protection on all access devices.

bm555 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as published on the Platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by KYC-verified Members. Funds will be processed exclusively to the payment method and account details registered to and verified under the Member's bm555 account. bm555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes from request approval;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–4 hours during standard business hours;
• Withdrawals flagged for enhanced review may take up to 24 hours to process;
• bm555 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding threshold amounts pursuant to applicable AML regulations;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

All bm555 wallet balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currency or cryptocurrency are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. bm555 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit instruction and the time of crediting.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bm555 are subject to these general Terms and Conditions and any specific terms published in relation to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only, as defined in each promotion's specific terms;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, and per IP address;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash; wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are published in the promotion's specific terms;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met;
• Where a Member holds both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds are used for wagering first unless the Platform's specific game interface indicates otherwise;

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts, constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

Not all game types contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates applicable to bm555 promotions are as follows, unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bm555 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Underage gambling: Registering, accessing, or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one bm555 account, whether under the same or different identity;
• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing funds using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials;

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of bm555.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bm555 excludes all liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bm555's liability for death or personal injury caused by bm555's gross negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation by bm555, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

bm555 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set binding daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation;
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play;

• Breach or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions;

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Engagement in, or reasonable suspicion of, any Prohibited Activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit transaction;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account); dormant account policies, including any applicable dormancy fees, are published on the Platform;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account suspension or closure.

bm555's decision on any dispute relating solely to game outcomes, where it has been established that the Platform's random number generation and game mechanics operated correctly and in accordance with published rules, shall be final and binding.

bm555's collection, processing, storage, and use of Member personal data is governed by the bm555 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering as a Member, you consent to bm555's processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

bm555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Members via notification within the Platform or to the registered email address or mobile number on file, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the effective date of such changes.

Your continued use of the bm555 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must close your account and withdraw any available balance prior to the effective date.

The version of these Terms and Conditions published on the bm555 website at any given time constitutes the currently applicable version. Previous versions of these Terms are not binding and are not maintained as accessible archives.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bm555 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to bm555's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.

The English-language version of these Terms and Conditions shall be the authoritative version for legal purposes. Any translation provided for convenience purposes shall not be accorded legal weight in the event of conflict with the English text.
